IMA international is working with the FAO Capfish Capture program in Cambodia to support staff and enhance organizational capacity development for management and senior government staff in fisheries administration nationwide.

IMA has provided consultancy, tailored training and training of trainers, facilitated workshops and webinars, conducted a capacity needs analysis, and provided individual staff mentoring.

Our work with Capfish Capture has taken place at the district, organizational, and national levels in Phnom Penh, Kampong Chaam, Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Kampot, and Kep.

Our goal is to strengthen capacity to enhance staff expertise and skills development and to encourage and inspire behaviour change. By applying participatory methods and new skills, Capfish Capture staff are able to improve ecosystem management.
