Consultancy for SOS Children's Villages International

Three staff from SOS Children's Villages International (SOS) attended our open course on Results Based Management (RBM), in May 2014 and subsequently IMA was asked to support SOS to systemise their approach to RBM organisation wide to make it globally consistent.  They wanted a system that streamlined what they did and to guarantee that information is fed back into decision making and planning. IMA prepared for two days reading key internal and documents, preparing the especially designed workshop content and design, based on the background information and also having a preparatory meeting in Innsbruck to discuss the approach. The second phase was to run a two day workshop for RBM project team in Innsbruck: bringing RBM project team members and project sponsor up to speed: tailoring and contextualising to SOS organisational needs and structure. IMA consultant Patrick Spaven worked closely with SOS on thsi consultancy and went on to support them in finalising the SOS project charter (which included objectives, deliverables and scope) and provided guidance for implementation and next steps.
