Delivery methods

Face to face, online and blended learning

Our service can be delivered to you in multiple ways; we can travel to you, you can come to us and we can deliver our services online. We can also provide a blended version which is a mix of face to face and online learning.

With all methods of delivery you can expect:

  • the same high quality content
  • access to all materials, presentations and resources
  • the opportunity to apply tools in your workplace
  • a mix of contact hours – self-study and reflection, peer work, pre and post course learning
  • action planning to take your learning forward
  • post course mentoring
  • fun and participatory learning methods
  • access to online social communication platforms for sharing with your peer group

The benefits of each individual method:

Face to face

  • a printed certificate of completion

  • physical participatory exercises and ice breakers

Open training courses also include:

  • a social programme – including a dinner

  • a welcome pack with information to help get you to your training venue and explore the local area

  • light refreshments throughout

  • a participant group photo

  • a digital certificate of completion

  • scheduled live meetings including guided group webinars (recordings made available)

  • user-friendly online learning platform that allows you to learn when you learn best

  • paced, certain modules to be completed before webinars for maximum learning

  • combine a mixture of face to face and online interaction

  • pre-course groupwork and learning to prepare the ground

  • more flexible to adapt the learning for specific situations
