We ran a special Knowledge Management (KM) workshop in Bangkok for a Nepalese government group (Building Climate Resilience of Watersheds in Mountain Eco-regions - BCRWME) who work in watershed management.  During the four day training we are supporting these key government staff to harvest and process environmental knowledge from projects in Nepal and further afield which can then inform their programming.  They will go on to set up a new project-wide KM system and processes.
