Supported The Mountain Societies Development Support Programme (MSDSP) in the capacity building activities of programme and project staff, on innovative methodologies for Monitoring and Evaluation, Knowledge Management and Leadership. The programme has been funded by Aga Khan Foundation since 1995. Chris Grose and Giulio Ghirardo designed and conducted a 5 day training in Dushanbe for MSDSP staff and leaders, for sharing innovative techniques of some key programme and project management tools and approaches. A particular focus was directed to good practices in rural and remote areas, as well as how to engage with stakeholders by building relational strategies after having done a power analysis exercise.
