Results-based Management (RBM) training

In Brighton this week eleven participants from UN agencies, INGOs and government come together to learn about how to embark on the journey of designing and implementing results-based management (RBM). A daunting task, and one which this course makes easier by taking learners through a seven stage approach.  On day three of the five day course, the participants discussed why we have indicators and the criteria for a good indicator.  At the end of the course everyone will present an implementation plan for an effective RBM.
