IMA was delighted to be asked by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) to run a team-building retreat with the Integrated Agricultural Productivity Project (IAPP) team in Bangladesh. The retreat worked on building the coordination and communication across the project units and establishing some shared values, with the ultimate aim of supporting the team to work even more effectively together. We thoroughly enjoyed the three days together. It was a mixture of team-building games, story telling and structured meetings to problem solve and agree actions to make progress. We wish the team all the best in the coming months as they work towards the agreements set out in the workshop.
