Mansoor Ali

Mansoor Ali is a Consultant Trainer with IMA. He has more than 35 years of experience in international development, including programme development, monitoring, evaluation and learning enhancement. Mansoor has a PhD in Environmental Management from Loughborough University, UK and Masters of Engineering in Water and Waste Management. He has a particular interest in access to water and sanitation in low income countries, integrated solid waste management and enhancing social outcomes through basic services. Mansoor regularly develops funding programmes for donors, review funding applications and run training programmes on monitoring and evaluation. He worked as global lead in monitoring and evaluation with Practical Action, UK. Mansoor has a special interest in organisational learning and systems to improve organisational and personal learning. He regularly publishes, teaches, blogs and delivers keynote lectures.
