Olivia is a Training and Development Consultant at IMA. She has a BSc in Geography from Durham University, a subject she thinks is so important and that she is passionate about sharing! International Development and Geography are closely related subjects and it is very important to her to think about what can be achieved when you build relationships across cultures, working with both people and the environment. Geography brings humans and the environment together and teaches the value of seeing the world through both perspectives. Working at IMA she is able to put her interests to use and work with people across the world to help those most in need of support! She loves working abroad, having travelled to and worked in Bangladesh, Fiji and Sri Lanka. She hopes that in her journey with IMA, that she gets to meet more inspiring people and hear their stories.
