Roland is a specialist leadership and management development consultant. Over more than 25 years as a manager and facilitator Roland has a gained a wealth of experience working with people from a wide range of organisations from the not-for-profit, public and private sectors. He enjoys working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, helping them develop their skills, knowledge and confidence to improve themselves and their organisations.
Roland designs and delivers a wide range of training and development topics including: management & leadership, team building, change management, negotiation & influencing, presentation & facilitation, coaching & mentoring, managing performance & capability, trainer training & consultancy skills, managing small projects, and time & stress management. He’s also a qualified workplace mediator and action learning set facilitator.
Roland has worked internationally with a variety of development and capacity/capability building organisations including NGOs and donors. His experience includes a posting based in Singapore working as a Senior Consultant for a major international leadership institute in their Asia-Pacific office.
Roland is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and member of the professional Mediators Association. He has a practical down to earth style and strives to make learning relevant, stimulating, memorable and enjoyable.
