Chris Grose joined IMA International as a Senior Consultant in 1997 after 8 years working as a training and extension specialist in Nepal and Bangladesh. He became Managing Director of IMA in 2001 and has overseen a growing international team working on capacity development initiatives since that time.
Chris works in business development and strategic partnerships. When training and consulting, his interests lie in organisational assessment and development, particularly in post-conflict and fragile states, and works on our training of trainers (ToT) portfolio. All this leads to his passion for working towards and supporting people develop behavioural change so that they make a difference to themselves and the organisations they work for.
Chris also has significant experience in Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Barbados, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Grenada, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Moldova, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Thailand, Uganda, UK, USA, Vietnam.
