Theory of Change in Practice

A Theory of Change (ToC) guides strategic planning, program development, and decision-making. A well-developed participatory ToC uses an inclusive and participatory approach that engages and learns from project and program partners, to explore different perspectives of change. In our ToC training, we explore key concepts of ToC and how different dynamics and relationships interplay. We critically reflect on our assumptions and their effect on influencing change.
Join our experienced facilitators and together, with a peer group, using a mix of interactive facilitation, self-learning and practical activities, and by sharing your knowledge and experiences, you will learn about Theory of Change.
