Learning needs assessment

Ahead of any training or consultancy project, IMA will meet with your team to understand your organisation's needs, expectations, challenges and goals. During the first training day, our expert facilitators review individual participant learning needs to ensure we provide individuals with opportunities to gain new skills of interest. At the end of the course, we reflect on these learning goals, and identify actionable steps to making change in your workplace and put into practice your new learning.

Online, Face-to-Face or Hybrid?

Our flexible approach to training enables you to choose the right format for your budgets, availability and preference to get the best learning experience.

Mentoring

You will come away from our training with tangible tools, methods and ideas to apply to your work. Sometimes changing behaviour is the hardest part of implementing your learning, so our support extends beyond the training, to provide guidance as you turn your learning into action.
