UN Global Compact SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals in 2023

IMA International is excited to announce that four of our youngest team members will be participating in the SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals programme in 2023, which is organised for participating companies of the UN Global Compact. This is a nine-month programme that seeks to empower young talent within organizations to collaborate and accelerate business innovation so that business practices align with and support the global effort towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The programme greatly aligns with the IMA values of being 'Innovative, Inclusive and Inspiring Change', by bringing young talents to the forefront of innovation to develop and drive creative solutions through new technologies, initiatives, and business models, and deliver on their company’s sustainability objectives. The project will enable us at IMA to work on our action plans to integrate sustainability more comprehensively in 2023, as well as to build capacity and leadership skills for our youngest team members in IMA`s 40th Year: The Year of Behaviour Change.

We are excited to start this journey and work with other companies in the UN Global Compact`s UK network!
