Want to be a better manager?

At our November course in Bangkok, participants who wanted practical help on how to be a better manager, formed a lively group of active learners.  They tell us they are successfully implementing new ways of working now the ‘high’ of the course is behind them. Covering key approaches to management and leadership pertinent to our sector, we delved into topics of relevance for this group - for example working in multi-site organisations in complex contexts; prioritising in demanding roles; examining issues of influence and power; team and project working and conducting “conversations that matter” with key stakeholders. Participants embraced learning from varied input and each other’s experience. We are delighted that the trust, connections and insights found in the space we developed together outlast the course. In April we look forward to running this course in Cape Town.
