We've delivered hybrid training models that blend online learning and face-to-face delivery. These tailored trainings have been delivered to global teams dispersed across different time zones. Also to teams working together in a single office. Following our tailored training programmes, we offer ongoing mentoring to support lasting behaviour change at 3, 6 and 12 months. We've gained valuable insights into the best user-friendly online training platforms and ways to support the online learning experience.
